April is an amazing hairstylist! She takes her time and has conversations with her clients to make sure they get what they want. I was with her for almost 3 hours and I left loving my hair, so i highly highly recommend Wicked Hair Designs and April!

I booked a haircut with April and asked for a layered cut. Instead, I received what was essentially a five-minute trim with no visible layers. When I questioned it, April told me I would need a large barrel curling iron and multiple styling products to make it look layered — rather than the layers actually being cut into my hair. The next day, I sent a polite message explaining I was unhappy and asked to talk. After being ignored for several days, I requested a refund. April’s response was to tell me to find another stylist rather than offering to correct the haircut. I then contacted the salon, who asked me to forward the messages to the owner, Ashley. Absolutely recommend this salon. April Is fantastic if you are looking for bright hair color or just need a simple cut & touch up My hair always looks amazing, and the color lasts quite a while. I have a fantastic experience every time and I love changing things up frequently! 💕

I got my hair colored by Brittany Laedtke and it wasn't only a great experience and outcome, it was educational. I know how to care for my (mostly) but having her also reaffirm and/or give me new insights only shows her passion and continued professional development with her approach. She explained why she did certain things, why she didn't etc. and she knew my first time with her wasn't going to be like my 8th time with my other stylist. I loved my experience so much I've actually switched to her and left my other salon (hehe). Highly recommend - I have LONG fine, thin hair, but a lot of it and typically get a natural rooty highlight/lowlight combo and Brittany did it to where it grew out BEAUTIFULLY saving this mama some time as needed in between appts!
