I can not say enough amazing things about Nichole at body balance. I have been going to her bimonthly for years, and every time I walk out saying how incredible the experience is. I get a deep tissue massage, and walk out feeling like a new person. She is so talented at what she does, and this area is lucky to have her. The space is beautiful and so relaxing. I highly recommend body balance.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Brooke and appreciated to talk to her first and explain my pain points. She did a great job addressing these issues and I left my first treatment refreshed and with less pain. Will definitely book again.

Easy to find, very clean, welcoming, and pleasing aesthetic. My massage therapist (Jennifer) was professional and gave a very soothing massage. I also liked that there's an art wall there with available prints to take home. Will definitely return.

Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I had an appointment with Maryjane today and I already scheduled another! She is very kind and professional, for sure one of the best massages that I have had! I highly recommend the hour long relaxation massage.

Nichole and her staff are absolutely wonderful! The studio is beautifully laid out, always warm, clean and inviting. The massage rooms are very comfortable and the therapists are quite accommodating.
