White Rose Nail Salon

I love White Rose Nail Salon! I’ve been to this salon three times, and each time I’ve booked with a different technician. Every person has been professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. The salon is clean, welcoming, and consistent in quality no matter who you see. My nails always come out exactly how I want them, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service. I’ll definitely continue coming back and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality nail care.

Tessy the owner does such a great job on my nails. This is my second time getting builder gel from White Rose. I was really happy with how long it lasts. They have so many great cateye colors so I got that this time.

True rating: 4.7 Polygel with design on 2 fingers Service: 12/10 Pricing: Reasonable, paid $5 extra for a painted design on two fingers. Price without design was $75. Total $90 with tip. Time: 8/10. I was a walk in and had to wait an hour until I got service since they were busy. Then it took another 1.5hrs to do my full set. This is due to the poly gel itself and the artist taking her time to be as close to perfect as possibly. Definitely schedule an appointment ahead of time if you have somewhere to be.

So I like to start this out as a fair review because there were some positives and I’m not going to be a hypocrite. My first day there was really nice. The nail techs there were nice for the most part. But where they lie is terrible customer service especially if you’re coming back to correct something. I asked them if they could do a particular style through their instagram before going and they told me yes. When I got there, I asked for the nails to be short because of my job. I got a chuckle and was told that if I got them short I wouldn’t be able to see the design which is funny because the picture I sent were short and the design was very prominent and they DID tell me that they were able to do the nail I asked for. I got a Russian manicure and poly gel extensions. I believe this is the only place in Richmond VA that does Russian Manicures! I have to say it was the best nail experience I’ve had in years! First of all, the vibes are so relaxing I fell asleep. My tech, Isabella, was so attentive and made my nails look straight from Pinterest! The shape, size, and color are everything I could’ve asked for. Also, the owner is so sweet. Hearing her story about how she got into nails related to me so much. So as you can tell, this salon has a very comfortable at home feel! The pricing is very straightforward and you absolutely get more than what you pay for. 10/10 highly recommend! Also, they have loyalty cards and after your 8th service, you get 50% off!
