Chelsea is amazing and I will follow her wherever she may go. You don’t appreciate a good esthetician until you’ve had a bad experience. She is extremely professional, friendly, genuine, and truly cares for her clientele. Within the first few visits you feel like you’ve known her forever as she makes you feel so at home. I’ve recently been going through some rough times and Chelsea always manages to check in with me to assure I’m doing well. I will always recommend her. The world needs more people like her.

Chelsea is amazing! I will NEVER go anywhere else for my brazilian 😍 I’ve gotten brazilians for the past 4 years and this place was the first time EVER I felt no pain. I started going to Wax Bar RVA when Chelsea first opened her own business, I followed her here from another company. I really like the intimate feel of the business. All of my services and communication are through Chelsea which has helped me feel more comfortable with a more personal service like this. Chelsea genuinely cares about her clients, and always fits me into her busy schedule when my schedule is not as flexible. Her clients start to feel like her friends after just a few sessions due to how talkative and considerate she is. Everyone's bodies are different, but all of my waxing services have lasted 4-5 weeks. I've been going to Chelsea for waxes since she started Wax Bar. She is always very professional, cares about your health and hygiene, and makes great recommendations to avoid those naturally occurring ingrowns. Her working area is very clean. We always schedule a few months in advance and she's never asked to reschedule at last minute - very dependable. She's also just an awesome person and easy to talk to. No awkward waxing here.
