I had such an amazing experience at White Orchid Nail Lounge! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and beautifully maintained the space is—it feels fresh, modern, and relaxing. The staff here truly go above and beyond. They are welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect, from the service itself down to the little touches that made the whole experience special. It’s rare to find a nail lounge that combines such a high standard of cleanliness with such warm and skilled staff. I NEVER leave reviews, but what happened to me was so disgusting I feel like I have to warn others. I went in for a simple soak-off and pedicure and left with broken nails, bleeding skin, and emotional distress. First off, the customer service was absolutely disgusting — the nail techs were rude, cold, and completely unprofessional. They treated me like a burden the second I walked in. During the soak-off, the tech was so rough she ripped off layers of my real nail, then clipped me so hard I started bleeding. Not once did she apologize. She just stared at me like it was my fault. I was in so much pain. And the pedicure? A joke. It was half-done, rushed, and careless — she didn’t even scrub or clean properly. They had the audacity to charge me full price for this disaster. Stay away! This place does not care about the health of your nails. I started coming here because it was so hard to get appointments at my regular salon and this place was always empty, conveniently close to me & getting an appointment was very easy. Perhaps this should have been a red flag. 🚩 I have been getting gel manicures for a very long time and I am someone who takes really good care of myself. During a gel manicure with Jackie a tech there I knew what she was doing was wrong. She aggressively took off my gel polish with the buffer machine and didn’t soak or anything. I asked multiple times if it was safe and she assured me it was. I was so paranoid that I asked the owner and she agreed that it was normal and didn’t seem worried at all but also looking back I don’t think she cared.

The job was not clean and good... acrílic was by all my daughtet fingers... Also nails where not even and bigger than her nails base.... Ashlee the manicurist did not clean her cuticles, she only put the acrylics in the same condition as my daughter's hands arrived to the salon, it was not an optimal job, I was waiting for them to do an impeccable manicure so that the work would look optimal. ... The manicurist indicated that this was not usually done, which is not true, a bad job because it is a girl is completely unacceptable, we came to this site for the reviews .... unfortunate

Bringing my girlfriend to the nail salon is always a chore. However this time the experience was great. Typically nail salons have an odd small, however this one was super clean and actually smelled great. The staff were super nice and took care of all my girlfriends request. This was one of the first times I actually didn’t mind waiting at the nail salon since it was super clean. They all wore mask and adhered to COVID protocols which is very important to my girlfriend and myself. Was happy to pay at the end of the session. Everything she wanted was done quickly and the experience was overall amazing.
