I had a scheduling mix-up with my appointment because another client and I share the same (very uncommon!) last name. Even though it was an honest mistake on the salon’s end, Michelle and Rosales handled it with such grace and professionalism. They immediately jumped in, worked together seamlessly, and made me feel completely valued and taken care of. What could have been stressful turned into such a positive experience because of their calm, kind attitudes and incredible teamwork. And on top of that — they did an amazing job on my hair! I’ve been a customer for years and they never disappoint. My hair always comes amazing! I’ve recommended all of my family and friends to them. ALL of the ladies are very kind and professional but my overall favorite so far has been Otis!
