White Lotus Day Spa

I had a 90 minute Ultimate Massage scheduled. Unfortunately, I thought my appointment was the following day. I got a call 15 minute after my time. I mentioned that I would be there in 5 minutes. The gal said the therapist put all the things away. They charged me $225.00. I tried to get resolve but got nowhere. A 60 minute massage would have been great. If they charged for the full 90 I would feel that is fair. Or charging me for 30 minutes massage would even be fair. Rule states a “no show”. If i wouldn’t have called would they have given me 60 minutes massage if I were there in person. I really feel I was treated unfairly. I get compromise is some fashion but it feels I was treated very unfairly.

I'm in town for a wedding and decided to get a massage here. The location is lovely and in a very walkable area. Jolene was my therapist and she did an excellent job with my hot stone massage. Would recommend this place if you're needing a good massage!

I’ve been coming here for 7 years and they have the best therapists around. Kathy gives the best facials, you can really see the results instantly. And all the massage therapists are good. You really can’t go wrong.

I love this warm and inviting spa and will be back! First timer here! I had a facial done by Alyse and she was a great listener, sweet, and very knowledgeable and she made me feel heard in what was going on with my skin. Loved every bit of my time here. The ladies were all so kind and there to help.
