This was my 1st visit to this merchant. I found everything on my list and a few more items. The store was filled with merchandise. Would love to see more walking space in the isles. The woman that rang up my merchandise was friendly and helpful although she was engrossed in her phone conversation. I must say she was great at multi tasking. I didn't feel neglected at all. Great prices too!

I called to ask if they carried a certain product and if so what was the cost? She very nicely went and located the product but informed me that they do not give prices over the phone. I though I didn’t understand her at first. So, I kindly asked her to repeat what she said. Turns out I heard her correctly. I thanked her and hung up. Bad enough we have to buy products from folks who treat us as inferior...but you can’t even tell me the price of an item you carry in your store? I am officially done. I will buy the product directly from the company. Thanks for reading.

Love this beauty supply! Have everything that other stores don’t. Cashier was very nice and helped me pick out bundles that I wanted 🩷

Bought two liquid items. One being hair dye and the other liquid castor hair gel for wigs. I do not wear wigs and once out of the store for 2 minutes went back in to exchange for regular Castor oil. The workerbe would not allow for an exchange. I literally went to my car and came back. I could see if it was the next day or even 30 minutes later. Will never patronize this business.

Owner is rude and not helpful. I will never return! I literally asked for price of an item and she said one price when was checking out she rung up another price. So I corrected her, she got an attitude. I politely placed my item and left store. I will drive to Supreme which is further away before I spend a penny in there.
