Nelly is very friendly and knowledgeable! Her touch is amazing, she isn’t afraid to touch the skin… I’ve gotten so many facials in the past where I only feel fingertips and that’s so annoying! Nelly will give thorough cleansing and extractions! She checked in with me several times to make sure I was feeling comfortable. My skin stays soft and glowing for days!! Her customer service skills are superb, she was kind enough to even offer coffee TO GO at the end of the treatment! This is my second time driving 45 min out to see her and it’s always worth the drive!! If you’re in the Pearland area, Nelly is your girl for facials and waxing!
