I’m normally not the type to complain, let alone leave reviews, but after my experience this evening I had to leave this review. Tonight, Me, my wife, and my 2 year old little boy went to see Zootopia. The “manager” (Brittany) was extremely rude to my wife and I. We had just eaten and Toro Loco and my wife brought her to go drink into the theatre lobby not thinking anything of it. The manager (Brittany) walked around the counter to give my wife a good look JUST to see what she had in her hand as if she was the drink police. She VERY rudely told my wife in a mean almost yelling tone “You either need to throw that away or take it to your car” - It’s not as much what she said, but how she said it. Had she said “sorry guys we don’t normally allow outside drinks in the theatre so if you don’t

How entitled can a person be to write a review about not getting their way, especially when they are in the wrong. There are rules to follow like “no OUTSIDE food or drink allowed” it doesn’t matter if you got it from a restaurant you ate at before hand. It is an outside drink that you are not allowed to have in the theater. If you can’t follow simple rules even after you were told more then once then you need to grow up, it shouldn’t matter if it was nicely said with a smile or not. Being called out for sneaking a drink in isn’t rude. You are clearly in the wrong and shouting out names doesn’t change that you are still in the wrong.

this place was the rudest workers I’ve ever met in my entire life I hate this place. I am never going back again. They didn’t let me into my movie that I wanted to see when I had an adult with me. I am not doing this today.

The worker Britney was in awful. She was an absolute terror to be around none of the less she needs to fired. the manager. i will NEVER Be coming back to this movie theater with her working there

It's serviceable. I watched the first Star Wars movie here back in the 70s. I don't remember it being so dark and dank. Times change I reckon. I do like buying my ticket on line early and picking out my seat. The seats feel like the 70s. Lol (sure their not) Seniors are only 5$.
