If someone gets a time wrong owning up to it is the best policy. I had an appointment and apparently the lady who does pedis decided she didn’t want to honor my appointment or she forgot. I plainly remember, and my husband confirmed, that I even told him 2 on Friday 8/22/25 because I had asked him if he would be back from work. My guess they don’t like to have out of towner’s. So if you are not a local forget it. Which is fine this business lost a lot of money. It is just sad that when I asked about it she was filling the tub but said she couldn’t take me. She was saying 11 on Thursday for a soak off and Friday for pedi so I took the Friday for both. Of course if they had people answer the phone that didn’t have to go back and forth because they can’t answer a question. Odd part is when I

Owner Kelsey Blanton and all the members of her salon are top notch! They are all very professional and do an amazing job at their profession! The salon is very clean and very neat!
