WeWork

It was a nice space for our group to hold all day meetings while our office was under construction. Free coffee and milk. Paid bottled water ($3) which is crazy, especially for Dasani and other snacks. Space was clean and modern. There were a lot of folks working in the open area, like an Internet cafe. That would be a bit distracting for me but they seemed to not mind.

Great place to work right in the heart of the lower east side!

Really cool co-working space. I had to rent a conference room for an hour an the receptionist was very helpful in pointing me to the right membership option for me. The small conference room itself was cozy and had everything I needed. Didn't check out the bar, but was told I could grab a coffee or beer on the house

WeWork has been very unprofessional in their communication come lease-end. I was interested in moving out at the end of our lease, but when I notified them, they purposely prolonged their response times so that we would cross over the deadline limit for notifying them of moving out, thereby forcing us to pay higher rates for staying there for an extended duration. Subsequent communication on this topic was only met with more purposely delayed response times on their end. Getting a hold of someone seemed close to impossible (although they had no problem billing us right on time!). I’m baffled that such a large company would behave so unprofessionally.
