After vacating our office space at 379 W Broadway in full compliance with their terms, WeWork has failed to return our service retainer of $10,320, which was contractually due 90 days ago. Despite multiple follow-ups and written confirmations from their support team that the refund process was initiated, no funds have been transferred to our account. This isn't just a delay—it’s a blatant breach of their own contract and a display of bad faith. We trusted WeWork as a professional organization, but this ordeal has shown a complete lack of accountability and transparency.
