Boris is different with the blade. Absolute technician. The fade is clean, buttery, and blended to perfection—no harsh lines, no patchiness, just smooth transitions all the way up. He works fast but never rushed, gets you in and out of the chair while still being locked in on every detail. The beard lineup is razor-sharp and perfectly symmetrical—cheeks crisp, neck clean, everything framed exactly how it should be. He listens, he understands head shape, and he knows how to tailor the cut to your face instead of giving everyone the same generic fade. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Consistent, precise, and professional. Every time I leave his chair I feel refreshed, confident, and put together. If you care about your cut and don’t want to gamble, Boris is the guy. Highly recommen
Ariel is incredibly kind and patient and he really listens to what you want. He took the time to get every detail right and it shows. This is one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time. Highly recommend him.
I experienced a racist and hostile incident with an employee here named David. While I was simply walking on my own street, he suddenly called me “chinita.” When I confronted him inside the shop, he made a racist eye-pulling gesture and chased me out and yelled “you horrible creatures” at me in public. When I returned the next day to identify him, he denied everything despite the owner asking him to apologize. Nothing against the business, but this person’s behavior was openly racist and alarming for the whole community. My family lives on this block, and I walk past this shop every day with my toddler. This traumatizing incident has made the neighborhood feel threatening and unsafe. I’m sharing this so others—especially Asian community members—can be aware of who works here and make an
I've been coming for years. Boris is an expert in style and customer service. I always leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.
Didn’t have a good experience. Barber did the opposite of everything I asked. Wanted long hair, cut it short. Wanted scissors, used clippers. Was rough while cutting and didn’t pay any attention to the style or what I was wanting. Very disappointed.
