Western Nail

Only one lady was in there when I went. I made an appointment over a month ago for 3pm, she didn't get to me until well over 3:30 after taking two clients before me. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she told me she could do it. She was clearly rushing, she cut off my acrylics with crayola scissors and was being extremely rough with my nails, leaving multiple deep cuts on my fingers. My first set came out uneven, you could see my real nails out the sides, and the french tip I had asked for was not done all the way(there was parts not filled in/not connected). I ended up paying for them and then going back in after seeing the damage from my car. I asked her to fix them, as these were for my prom and they were hideous, she proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers

Tina was wonderful with my 87 year old mother in law. She just went to have her fingernails clipped, but trusted her to clip her toenails after Tina was so good with her fingernails. Tina came over and checked with me to be sure it was ok before she proceeded. Next time we’ll both have our nails done.

This is an overall good place to get your nails done. It’s a typical manicure/pedicure place. The prices are average. It’s well kept, clean and nicely decorated. They offer shellac, which is healthier for your nails than gel. The staff are professional and give a decent quality mani/pedi. The massage that comes with the spa pedicure is nice. Plus it’s right in town if you live in Easthampton! A solid choice for locals looking to fit in getting their nails done.

Friendly staff, clean shop. Autoclaves (sanitization machines) are within view, but tools are not opened in front of the customer. You are never pressured to "upgrade" your services, and the women working here are very chatty and kind.

Update 3 weeks later and I have an infection in 3 of my nails from her using the same tools. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The manicure was super rushed, uneven and she didnt clean fully around the edges. Takes personal calls the entire time. Also reuses the same clippers, cuticle pusher & cutter, file and buffer for EVERYONE.
