I've never experienced a massage like this! It was like completing a session of foam rolling, stretching, and mobility exercises done better than I could do on my own, all while I was relaxing on the massage table. Joseph was able to access areas of muscle tension and tissue connection that I've never been able to access before. I walked out walking lighter and taller. Joseph is incredible! As a professional dancer/athlete my body requires a lot of rehab. I tried so many massage places that were just not cutting through the surface and healing any tension.
