Unfortunately, I sent my daughter to this salon. The stylist did not listen to what she was asking for. Gave her layers all around when she just wanted a trim and her curtain bangs cleaned up. Kept complaining about the texture of her hair. He had her hold and separate the foils for him and when he walked away to get the color he handed her the blow dryer and asked her to dry her own hair… when going to the salon is usually her relaxing and a favorite time for her. He also had her pay and tip before the services were complete. She still had the foils in her hair at this time. While her hair doesn’t look horrible, it definitely was not the experience she was looking for. She left stressed and disappointed.

I’ve have been going to Westend for over 30 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Although today I only get shampoo, conditioner and haircut, over the years I have gotten perms, color, and several other services. I love going there not only for my hair, but for the atmosphere and everyone is always up and helpful. If you are looking for a great place to go, try Westend Hair Company. You will definitely be happy! I even take my 95 year old mother! She loves it too!

Loved the staff. Loved my color. But, definitely found the owner/manager condescending and unfriendly In reply to your response below: I normally spend $500 on my hair when I go into a salon. The fact that I chose to give my support to an intern that I personally know is irrelevant to my concern I expressed. I am 52 year old professional and was spoken to as though I was insignificant and insincerely. I was happy to pay full price and did not request model pricing. It is interesting that you once again diminish my experience.

I got my haircut done by Krista, she did an amazing job on my hair! Very talented, attentive, and really listens to what you want. My cut and style came out perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend her! ✨

I’ve been seeing Marcia here for 3+ years now and she always delivers!! Fantastic with coloring and she’s so FAST. I always have fabulous results with her and I leave the salon with the best blow out that last for days. Overall a great salon with friendly staff.
