Westchase Square

I have been a tenant in this building almost 4 years now. I really enjoy the level of care and customer service that Sonya and their management team bring. Sonya is always super sweet and responsive to our needs; and Martin is prompt to address any maintenance issues we have. I was referred to this building years ago and I'm glad I decided to lease a suite in this building. I do like that there is open/accessible parking for our clients to easily find parking for the building. I recommend this building if anyone is looking for a professional building with friendly and prompt management and maintenance team! We have been a tenant at this facility for over 5 years and the experience has been awesome. The facility manager is the best you can ever ask for. The facility itself is very beautiful and well maintained. Security is also great here. I very strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect working environment.

This office building management team goes above and beyond with regards to our needs for office space. They are always on top of anything we may request and try their best to accommodate us. The restrooms are clean and the building is well maintained. We will continue to lease office space with this building for many years to come.

I have been a tenant in this property for close to 10 years, the staff is excellent, the location is great with plenty of covered and uncovered parking. The facility is well maintained and they are constantly up keeping the grounds. I highly recommend this office park.
