Sign out front said $13 haircuts. I went in for a quick trim and was charged $18. Even though I’m 60 years old, retired and live in Sun City, I was told the $13 was only for seniors over 65 years old. Won’t be going back!

I spent years trying to find a good barber, and after losing one to Covid-19, I found Cliff at West Valley Barber Shop. His skills with clippers and scissors are unmatched. The prices are also a welcome change from other barber shops, a true bargain. If you're looking for a good haircut at a reasonable price, West Valley Barber Shop is the place.

Been going to West Valley Barber Shop for about 3 years. I know it was before Covid because I remember seeing my barber's (Maria) face. All the barbers wear a mask now. I found this barber shop by mistake way back when. $13 buck's for a haircut these days is very reasonable. Maria does a nice job. Very friendly and cuts hair as per your instructions. I have recommended West Valley Barber Shop to several friends and they are just as satisfied as I am.

Horrible experience here today. Had an appointment for 8:30am. Arrived 7 minutes late due to a motorcycle accident near the intersection of Bell Rd and RH Johnson Blvd. Frank (also the owner who the appt was with) had another customer in his chair and asked who I was. This despite the fact that I had been a customer of his shop for over 6 years and had the appt. When I told him my name he announced in a very loud voice that unfortunately he couldn't cut my hair today because he had another appt in 25 minutes and pointed to 3 other barbers standing there without customers and looking irriated and bored. So he evidently had taken this customer VERY SOON after the appt time even though their chairs were empty. IMO Frank was arrogant and rude, and showed how little he respects his customers a

First time customer and I have to say it was a great experience. One of the best hair cuts in a very long time. The staff was very professional and friendly. Covid protocols in place here. Glad I tried this establishment and I plan to return. Hair cut was only $11.00. Don't forget to tip your barber! They deserve it.
