All the massage therapists are knowledgeable and friendly, Melissa is my go-to for deep tissue, targeted massage. Carissa (the owner) genuinely cares about each customer and their experience every time. I feel as though my wellness and energy is safeguarded each visit!

Best experience at a wellness center that I have ever experienced. Staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Hours are flexible and work well with my schedule but I do recommend scheduling ahead with repeat visits so you stay on a balanced plan.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience during our first visit to Synergistic Living Wellness Center. The front entry was beautifully decorated and gave a serene, peaceful feeling. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Carissa, who kindly escorted me to my yoga class.
