West Nashville Smiles Dentistry

Everyone here was very nice but I will not be back. I was there for a cleaning. I waited 3 hours and never got my teeth cleaned. Instead I got quoted for nearly $3000 worth of dental work that needed immediate attention. It felt odd to me that I needed exactly what my husband was quoted for a month ago, too. Then. I checked the reviews and see that everyone was in dire need of a deep clean, root canals, crowns and fillings. That feels scammy to me. The staff were all kind but that on top of waiting 3 hours and not even getting my teeth cleaned was enough to make me question it. I ended up canceling my follow up appointments for deep cleaning so that I can go to another dentist (that isn’t a corporate chain dentist) and have a second opinion and hopefully actually get my teeth cleaned.

They were really nice throughout the whole process and it was very quick! Alexa and Dr. Maheshwari worked on my root canal and did a great job. Didn’t felt anything and was able to get on with my day without any issues .

This is 100% the best dentist office I've ever been to. Everyone there is wonderful but Tatiana, dental assistant deserves all the flowers. She really helped calmed my nerves and I deeply appreciated her calming and peaceful reassurance and nature throughout the multiple appts I had. She is truly one of a kind. Dr. Howard and Meghan are great as well. Could not recommend an office or their staff more!

We had a great experience for my son’s wisdom teeth surgery. I was very impressed with the entire office - their efficiency and professionalism. I made an appt with this office location because they offered Friday appointments. I didn’t want my son to have to miss several days of school. Dr. Rohe was great! He explained all the steps and recovery instructions. The receptionist was so kind and was a great first impression when we walked in. I had spoken to her several times because we had to reschedule. She was always patient and accommodating. There were several patients in the lobby and the office was so efficient. The whole process was 30 minutes! Glad it was easy and quick.

I love West Nashville Smile to Megan at the front desk, to Doctor Howard and Tateona. They have great customer service skills. I use to be afraid of the dentist but Doctor Howard makes me feel at ease. Thank you for taking good care of my teeth. I know I have a long ways to go.I know you will be there every step of the way. 😁
