Five Starr Hair Studio

This was my first time in 10 years that I have gotten a sew in and first time I got a closure with it. So, I was a bit nervous about the install. Starr made me few so comfortable and was very professional through the whole process. The time frame listed on how long the process would take is accurate. She shampooed, deep conditioned, and trimmed my hair which felt great! Also, I purchased hair through her and the hair feels amazing still after 2 weeks. The closure is still laid down with minimal touch ups on my end. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and will be going back again! (Photos from day received service)

I had my appointment for a traditional sew-in a month ago and had a very good experience. We had a consultation about the service before she began. We discussed hair and scalp concerns, realistic expectations, and how to achieve my desired look. She was very personable, detailed, and made sure to explain everything.

I had the absolute best appointment this morning. I felt so secure with my decisions throughout the appointment. Mrs.Starr took the time to explain in great detail each step of the way and even to explain what at home maintenance would look like. I will be back!!!

I truly had a great experience! Since moving to Nashville, I had a hard time finding stylist but she was such a breath of fresh air. From beginning to end she made me feel so welcomed. She did the exact style I asked for and it was gorgeous! I will be back!💕💕

We called Starr on a Thursday night. I was a mama in tears. My girls hair needed help and prom was 2 days away. She patiently talked us through options explained everything AND added an extra time to get us in the next day and when we got there I just knew we had found our hair fairy. She was amazing on the phone and even better in person. Her entire demeanor and the care she put in was second to none. I actually cried. There are some people who just have a spirit of peace, comfort and care and she is one of them. There are not enough words to describe our experience. We cannot wait to be back. I cannot recommend her enough.
