WEST END NAIL BAR

I recently went in for a builder gel fill with a cat eye polish, and while the final result turned out nicely, the overall experience felt a bit underwhelming for the $95 + tip price point. The shape and structure of the builder gel were done well, and the cat eye polish had a pretty dimensional finish, which is the look I was hoping for. I do wish there was a better color variation for the cat eye polish, I did not get what I was expecting. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I left satisfied with how my nails looked. That said, the appointment itself felt somewhat rushed and lacked the elevated, relaxing touch I typically expect at this price. Moved to the area, and have been coming here for a few months! They’re always very professional, and are efficient when it comes to my time. Katie was my nail tech, she shaped my nails beautifully and I used one of their new fall colors! Ask for the book with the Gummy Bears in it! Love coming here and will continue to come back.

I had an amazing experience at West End Nail Bar! Katie is absolutely incredible—so kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely makes the whole appointment feel relaxing and fun. Her attention to detail and care really stand out, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to leave a nail appointment feeling like you’ve had a great conversation and great service, but Katie made it unforgettable. Can’t recommend her enough!

Have been coming here for over a year now and it is excellent service each time! My nails never break/chip and last me about 3 weeks and I have a different nail tech each time. I usually get Manich and she is wonderful and gets me in and out! On the pricier side but that’s every nail salon in Nashville. Regular dip with tips is $65.

This is one of the best sets of nails I’ve ever had! The staff here are so sweet, welcoming, funny and genuinely care about making sure you leave happy. They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I’m beyond happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back.
