Wendy S Star Nail

I have been going to this nail salon for about 8 years and I will never be returning. Left my appointment today with crooked, bumpy nails and bleeding cuticles. Incredibly disappointed that I paid $50 for this horrendous French manicure.

Wendy's Star Nail better count their days. I usually do my own nails, but I figured let me treat myself and get my nails done. I go in to get tips and a dip powder manicure. It took them two hours to do my nails, then, when I went to go dry my nails, it looked like the clearcoat they put on top was spreading because of the air from the dryer. So I asked him if he could redo it, he redid it, and it happened again. At this point, he then had to file off the top coat and put another coat on top of that. You were then able to tell they were filed and texture of the polish under the topcoat was rough. It was then closing time and once the top coat dried they said "Okay goodbye" and rushed me out the door. The is the first time in my entire life that I've written a yelp review, but I feel it's n

Was the worst experience that I've ever had in my life . Unprofessional, the man was a ridiculous person He don't allow me to tell him what shape I want , disrespectful. Annoying . Was my first & the last time . They don't fix my nails , they want me to pay & to leave like that .

My friend visited this place today, and it was a huge disappointment. She was hoping to find a convenient spot close to home, but instead, she was met with aggressive and rude staff. They rushed through her nails with no attention to detail, leaving them completely messed up. When she politely expressed her dissatisfaction, they became aggressive and even yelled at her, showing a shocking lack of professionalism and basic respect. It was clear they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. The whole experience was not only uncomfortable but also upsetting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects decent service or respect. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else… thanks…

**Horrible Experience – Rude and Unprofessional** I had the worst experience at Wendy’s Star Nail. The staff here are *incredibly rude and unprofessional*. When I asked the technician for shorter nails, they outright *refused* and told me it would look *ugly*! Instead of listening to what I wanted, they pushed their own preference on me, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I witnessed one of the male technicians *yell at a young woman* after he *hurt her while doing her nails*. She politely asked him to slow down, and instead of apologizing, he *refused to finish her nails* and left her sitting there. The lack of professionalism was shocking. On top of the horrible service, the salon is poorly ventilated. **Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.**
