We All Need Bodywork

I highly recommend getting bodywork done by Jess! I instantly felt comfortable and very easy to talk to. Jess was very kind, funny, and knowledgeable! I have been to multiple massage therapists over the years, that yes I felt relaxed and better afterwards, but the approach that Jess takes is a whole new level of feeling better that I didn’t know was possbile! Jess knew exactly what needed to be focused on and I just trusted her to do whatever she felt needed to be done since she was spot on! She focused mainly on my upper back/neck/head area (which is where I tend to hold everything so I was not surprised at all) and walked me through step by step on what to do and more importantly why she was doing it. I had no clue how jammed up my muscles were and have not been able to move my head as

One of the best massages of my life. Visiting from Virginia Beach my neck locked up and I could barely move. When I called, the owner/ massage therapist was able to see me on a Sunday. She also spend over 2 hours working on me. She was so educated in body work and the connective tissue that needed to be treated along with the muscles. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Adams has a gem in this business. I hope to see this business thriving the next time I visit. Also the pricing was very fair.

I took my Son to see Jess after a rough day for him, he suffers from severe anxiety. It was so welcoming the minute we opened the door. Jess had him make a tea and gave him some cookies as he tried to relax. After a bit he sat on the massage chair and Jess worked her magic. When we left my Son was smiling and totally relaxed and said "Mom, I feel so much better!!" I will be taking him from now at least every two weeks. I highly recommend Jess, especially to any parent who has a child with anxiety or other concerns.
