Sacred Light Healing ~ Formally Sarah Cohen LMT

In December I attended my very first floating sound bath while visiting my mom and it was one of the most relaxing and healing experiences. I came in a bit anxious because I had never experienced energy healing and struggled with social anxiety. Sonia, one of the facilitators, assured me that she would support me throughout the entire session and she truly did. I relaxed into the experience and my mind and body felt safe. After the sound bath ended, she took extra time to speak with me and held space as I shared the emotions that surfaced. Her compassion and attentiveness in that moment meant more than I can put into words. I look forward to returning when I come back to town. I definitely recommend Sacred Light Healing floating sound baths.

Just moved here from Virginia where my past massage therapist was also named Sarah. I did not think I would find my match on try one. Sarah surpassed all expectations! She is incredible and connected to me immediately. Was truly comfortable the entire time and I hate to say she did things my old therapist did not.
