Today I went for the first time to get a full face wax and eyebrow shaping, and I was absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Lesleiy Medina. I went in for an underarm waxing appointment and honestly had such a smooth experience. The process was clean, professional, and surprisingly less painful than I expected. My cerologist, Amelia, made sure my skin was prepped properly and explained the aftercare clearly. I especially appreciated the skincare recommendations for post-wax care and brightening, very thoughtful and tailored. Definitely coming back!
