Param took the time to walk me through how their facials work and explained the products they’d be using based on my skin type, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel very personalized instead of rushed. Raj did my facial, and the treatment room was quiet, relaxing, and really calming. The entire facial felt thoughtful and professional from start to finish. Overall, the experience was absolutely worth the price, and their pricing is very competitive compared to other places in Fremont. I was so impressed that I ended up signing up for their membership. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quality facial experience! ✨

Walked in without an appointment and they took me in for a haircut. The place is very clean and aesthetic. Maggie was wonderful with my ragged hair and at the end of the haircut, I couldn’t believe my hair could look like that (forgot to take a pic). Service is amazing. Highly recommend!!
