The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. My esthetician was incredibly gentle, efficient, and detail-oriented. She explained everything before starting and checked in with me throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated. The process was quick, and the results were flawless — smooth skin with minimal discomfort! It’s clear they truly care about their clients and take pride in their work. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high-quality waxing services!

I visited Waxed earlier this week for a full Brazilian with Alexandria. I truly appreciated the convenience. I was able to book the night before and get in the next morning, which was a huge plus. However, the service itself felt extremely rushed. My appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes, but the entire wax was completed in about 8 minutes. While efficiency can be great, the pace made the experience feel more transactional than attentive. I didn’t feel like much care was taken during the service. They use soft wax, which isn’t necessarily a negative, but combined with the speed of the appointment, it felt like the focus was more on finishing quickly than on thoroughness. I have been going to Alexandria for about 2 years now and she is absolutely amazing at waxing! She makes you feel comfortable and she is very precise! Other than bikini she has also done my brows and I never let anyone touch my brows. She also did a last lift and tint and they came out amazing. I trust her with everything!
