Highly recommend Rolf Durango. Just complete a 10 session with Noah and my body feels completely different. No more pain in the places I've held tension for years. I feel freer and younger in my body. Noahs presence is compassionate and his body work is skillfully attuned.

I was looking for something new, due to my chronic chest pain from the last two years. Treatment from Noah has given me consistent relief. It has changed my posture, my stance, my awareness of self, mind and body. It’s opened up me peripherally, especially energetically and in many cases spiritually. Through the sessions I received a lot of food for thought, insights, and new practices for my posture from head to toe. Many sessions I left being able to fully feel my arms and legs and being able to rest my shoulders with ease. I left with a calmed nervous system and was able to enter into a brighter day. (As I had morning appointments.) Which Noah was very accommodating with my schedule.

I have been suffering severe sciatic pain for 2 months. According to my MRI results and PT, it is "true sciatic pain." I have 2 bulged disks and adema of the nerve root at L4/S1. Without a cortisone shot, the pain was said to last several more months. It has been debilitating. A friend recomended Noah to me, who had also suffered severe sciatic pain for over a year, until they discovered Rolf Durango and attributes Noah for their recovery. Noah, sat and spoke with me, listened attentively, and reassured me we would get closer to sorting this out. I have made leaps and bounds since 1st seeing Noah a couple weeks ago. My walking is significantly better and my pain is much less tormenting. With all this said, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOAH, to anyone.

I have been in constant neck and shoulder pain for years…. I have tried countless other avenues for relief, some have provided some relief others have not. After only 3 visits to see Noah I am already noticing improvement and less pain. Noah also provides you with suggestions and tools to help you, self improve (posture, stretching and building strength in your weak areas).
