I warned them that I had very sensitive skin around my eyebrows and they still burned my skin. It's happened to me before at other places so I was upset but understandable, but the owner caught a very nasty attitude with me and made me feel like it was my fault when I communicated it very clearly since the beginning, that part is unacceptable to me. Overall very unprofessional, save your money and go somewhere where they know how to treat paying customers.

Did a fantastic job, and despite the craziness of my brows, minimal pain. This place has such cute decor and very nice employees. I didn’t even know what shape I wanted walking in but the lady was very nice and gave me something perfect! (my before and after)

Terrible experience at this salon. The owner was extremely unprofessional. She spoke to her own employees with a bad attitude right in front of clients, and the whole environment felt uncomfortable because of it. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place until management changes the way staff and customers are treated.

I recently visited this salon for an eyebrow wax and tint, as well as an eyelash lift and tint, after my sister spoke so highly of them. I was truly impressed with the results! The salon has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and every visit is filled with great conversation. They are always punctual with appointments, which I appreciate, and their pricing is very fair for the quality of services provided. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely be returning!
