I was very disappointed. I tried making an appointment by calling, but just got their voicemail saying to make an appointment online. I did do that and received an email confirmation. I arrived 20 minutes early to a locked door. I called and left a message and texted them to let them know I was waiting outside their door. I waited a few minutes after my appointment time and then called again and it went to voicemail. I then tried contacting them via email. I decided to leave as there was zero contact with them. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place.

As someone who is extremely picky and detail-oriented, I was thrilled with Marita’s level of professionalism and expertise. Marita’s exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. Right from the start, Marita’s friendly and approachable demeanor put me at ease. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Marita did an amazing job with my Brazilian wax + cheeks. I had not had my wax done in months and was nervous about the pain. She did a great job with helping me breath through it. I have sensitive skin after a wax usually, however with her my skin feels good and very smooth. I will be back for sure!
