Wax Candy

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax as a plus sized woman and I LOVED it. I was waxed by Brittany and had a pleasant experience. It went by pretty fast and it was a welcoming environment. I will definitely be coming back! 💖

I’ve been a loyal client here for almost 2 years, and I used to love coming because of the waxers and the great service. Sadly, many of the waxers I trusted are no longer here, and my recent experience left me very disappointed. They do have a 10-minute grace period, and I completely understand policies. However, I was running 14 minutes late and called ahead of time to let them know. I still made it to Pasadena within the grace period, but they refused to work with me. After being such a consistent client for nearly 2 years, I felt there was no flexibility or effort to accommodate me.

Reid always does an excellent job on my eyebrows! She's ways on time too. Her shop is immaculate. She's the best! Her staff is very polite too. I'm pleased with the whole experience of leaving her shop with beautiful eyebrows! ❤️

I've been getting brazilians for a while, and haven't ever had this much pain post-wax. a lot of bruising not just along bikini lines (I feel like this is more typical), but in more sensitive areas you really really don't want to have bruised!! I also felt like the waxer didn't clean up the wax well. usually there is much more soothing/cleaning at other places I've been. overall place was nice and staff friendly, just did not get a great wax :(
