Last minute appointment for a mom/daughter spa day. Incredible experience from the very beginning. Once I selected the services we were getting, Dan called immediately to verify what exactly we wanted to get us with the right stylist. He was an absolute doll, knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. When we arrived that welcoming warmth extended to everyone we met. Atmosphere was adorable and calming. Overall an incredible day and I can’t wait till my next appointment.

Had an amazing experience at this Salon/Spa. Went in for a haircut, bang trim and blow out. Shampooing was part of the service and it was so nice, the shampoo and conditioner used felt so light and even with the heat from the blow out my hair still felt silky smooth. My stylist was Katie and she was such a bubbly and energetic personality that it was contagious, you couldn’t help feeling just as good. The overall experience was amazing and I definitely plan to get my child free time here in the future. Thank you everyone for the amazing service from the front desk to the salon chair to even on my way out the door. Next time I will remember to get photos and update my review with them.

I had the best salon experience of my life here! I knew it was a fun and inviting atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Everyone was so kind—not only to me, but to each other. They spoke highly of each other and got along so well which was really sweet and nice to be around. I was able to relax and have fun because I could tell that everyone knew exactly what they were doing and took pride in it—they were so professional and helpful! I had a lovely time chatting with everyone and making friends. I felt so pampered and I can’t wait to go back soon! Thank you!

Cece looked after me for partial highlights and a trim. I explained the result I was looking for and let her take over from there. She did an amazing job and it was even better than I had hoped for. 💯 recommend. On top of that she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable immediately. I have already booked my next appt with her.

My aesthetician, Liya, was incredible — professional, gentle, and made my skin feel absolutely refreshed and glowing. I also saw Jacob for lashes and brows, and he did phenomenal work. I left feeling so confident and cared for! I highly recommend Waves Salon & Spa to anyone looking for high-quality services and a peaceful self-care escape. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
