My daughter had her first professional haircut here, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The salon was impeccably clean, and the stylist was both professional and genuinely kind. What stood out most was how informative she was throughout the entire process—explaining each technique, why she was cutting certain ways, and walking us through every step. It felt educational, not just transactional. The conversation flowed so naturally that time flew by. We discovered we had quite a bit in common, which made the appointment feel less like an errand and more like spending time with someone you actually enjoy. Awesome spot, I am beyond grateful for the last minute accommodations. My 11 yr old had a situation with severely matted hair from not brushing for weeks, I was able to comb through it but a chunk had to get cut and I needed someone to even out her hair. We were set up with Dana who was a gem and a breath of fresh air. We're originally from CA so I have been on the hunt for a stylist skilled with our curly locks. Not only did Dana even the cut she washed it, put a smoothing treatment, and only charged $45. I will be back to book myself and baby. She has gained lifetime customers. Words cannot explain how amazing my experience was! I am a mother of two, with a newborn, and I am very limited on time! Not only was I brought in 6pm on a Saturday, to accommodate last minute, but she let me bring my newborn along and was so patient when I was needed. Also, I didn’t feel rushed AT ALL. In fact, I was sat with for several minutes discussing what I wanted, what would look best for my hair, and different styles to accommodate. The cut was filled with great stories and a warm smile and for only $30!? A steal. Truly a 5/5 experience!! So grateful!

I recently moved to St Augustine, and had seen my same hair stylist for 17 years, and was nervous about seeing someone new. Felese was amazing, I do a two color highlight, and her attention to detail was great. I am so happy with how my hair turned out.
