Wave Lengths Salon & Spa

The team at Wave Lengths were amazing to work with for my wedding hair and makeup! I opted for their in-salon services, and we really enjoyed the suite - we felt pampered and were able to relax and enjoy ourselves! Most importantly, the final looks for each of us were fabulous. From the trial appointment to day-of, I felt that they were taking into account every detail. I needed a hairstyle and makeup that would hold up to the late afternoon sun, the humidity of being on the water, and serious wind for our sailing ceremony. Everything held up beautifully, photographed so well, and the best part: was comfortable! Many thanks to Jess, Sherri, and Cara for your wonderful work! I would absolutely recommend the Wave Lengths team for wedding and special event needs!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have long, thick hair that always takes a while to blow dry, and Cara was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and gave me a much-needed trim without getting scissor-happy like some stylists tend to do. I left with exactly the style I wanted! I’m visiting from out of town, and trusting someone new with your hair can be nerve-racking, but Cara immediately put me at ease. She’s a great conversationalist and built that trust quickly. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and very well appointed — such a relaxing, welcoming space. Thank you, Cara, for the wonderful experience. I’m very pleased and highly recommend both you and the salon!

Jess is the absolute best!! She completely transformed my hair back to a healthy blonde and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She made the whole process so easy, walking me through each step and explaining everything in a way that made me feel totally comfortable and excited about the results! On top of that she recommended products that I’ve already started using and I can already see such a difference in my hair. I left the salon not only loving my color but feeling even better than I hoped I would :) I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!!

Jess’s chair is a haven for blondes. Moving to Newport last year, I was dreading finding a new hairdresser because blonde can be really tough but a friend recommended Jess and I’m so thankful she did. I always leave feeling refreshed and soooo happy with my hair. Can’t recommend enough!

More than satisfied with the service and hospitality of this place. It was quite clean and Liz exceeded my expectations. Went in for a men’s haircut and inquired about a product to style my hair texture during my haircut. Following my haircut Liz and another woman, the owner I believe, went out of their way to find a product that was suitable to my hair texture and style preference. Thank you! 10/10
