Heather gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. From the moment the session started, I felt completely relaxed and confident that I was in expert hands. She was incredibly attentive, checking in about pressure and focusing exactly where I needed it most. Her technique is outstanding, she somehow managed to melt away tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying as well as pain that wouldn’t go away. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and totally refreshed. I also learned so much about myself and had great conversation. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, skilled, and genuinely gifted at what she does, Heather is absolutely the person to book. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will definitely be returning!

Absolutely incredible massage. She worked underneath my scapulas in a way no therapist has ever done before, and the next day my entire body felt realigned. She has a sixth sense for what the body needs — instinctive, intuitive, and deeply skilled. On top of that, she’s a joy to talk to and get to know. Heather was very professional and certainly an expert in making you feel comfortable and relaxed. She did a consultation prior to the massage so she knew where to focus and I left the massage feeling much better. I would definitely go back!
