I had a fantastic experience at Water Mirror Spa in Falls Church. I found a great deal for a 90-minute couples massage with hot stones, and it was exactly what I needed after going over a year without one. The staff was super friendly, the place was clean, and the whole process was really easy. My partner actually slept through the entire massage, which shows just how relaxing it was! I originally found the location info on Reddit, so it was easy to locate. Overall, I’ll definitely keep this place on my list to revisit.

We enjoyed our couples 90 mins massage with hot stones and sauna! We arrived 5 mins late and due to filling out the intake form, time was taken away from our 90 mins massage. (It ended up being a 70 min massage) I appreciated the intake form that identifies the specific areas that need more attention and which not to touch. That was a first. Located under an apartment building. We had a 9:30am appt so it was very quiet which is important for us. The confirmation said that we would enter the sauna first then get the massage. When we were ready to enter the sauna, it wasn't ready. It was only at 80 something degree and got to 100 for our last 5 mins of our 25 mins. It was my hubby's first time in a sauna so he didn't mind it not being too hot but it wasn't the first experience I wanted him

Went here yesterday for the sauna, scrub, and massage experience. Let me tell you how amazing that was!!! Michelle was my masseuse and let me tell you she was amazing!! By the time I got to the massage I practically fell asleep (I think I might have). She is amazing! The scrub was great too, it got a little chilly, but would definitely do again! I had to tip extra!

Got a 90min massage with hot stones. As some of the reviews mentioned, my therapist didn't focus on the areas I requested and was frequently massaging with one hand and using her phone. I also had to remind her to use the hot stones. It was a very lazy massage that didn't provide the tension relief I was hoping for. I guess my husband's was slightly better, but he said it still wasn't that great. So I guess it depends who you get. They didn't tell us their names though, nor did they try talking to us. They spoke to each other more or was on the phone. After, they don't towel off the lotion/oil either. And when we left, it was very cold. The owner was on the phone and trying to get a new couple in the room. I guess she asked my husband how his massgae was, but didn't address me at all. W

Very disappointing experience. My partner and I booked two identical two hour spa packages, which included a 20 minute sauna, 40 minute full body scrub, and 60 minute deep tissue massage. The sauna was not heated and therefore not functional. There was no warm water available after the scrub treatment, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. The massage itself was also below expectations and did not feel professional or therapeutic. Additionally, the total service time did not match the duration that was booked. Overall, the services did not match what was advertised or what one would expect from a professional spa. These were not minor issues but fundamental service failures. I will not be returning.
