I had an amazing experience at Harmony & Serenity, I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I came in for my first sports massage with a lot of tension and pain from sports-related injuries I am currently dealing with, and within 5 minutes I had the utmost confidence that they were going to be addressed and healed with Vlad's help. He is amazing and so professional and knowledgeable, I already felt better after just one visit and also learned a great deal. I am already looking forward to my next visit. I will be recommending Vlad and Yana to all my family and friends, and to anyone who is in search of exceptional massages and restorative care!

I came in with a lot of tension in my back and body, and Yana was incredible. She was so attentive and really took the time to focus on the areas that needed the most work.
