I was a loyal client here for many years and truly valued the professionalism and care I once experienced. This place meant a lot to me. Over time, however, it felt like the management style, particularly at the ownership level, shifted. Communication became inconsistent, and situations that once would have been handled directly and professionally were not. This was not reflective of the front desk team. Many of the therapists I connected with moved on. My most recent experience simply was not the right fit. I did not feel fully heard, and the session felt more rushed than mindful. After the session, there was no follow up or check in at all, which has never happened in any of my previous experiences here. I was tired of bouncing around, so I gave it time to see if things might improve.

Amazing from the moment you walk in the door. Mallory at the front desk was so sweet and their studio felt a very warm and inviting. I got a massage from Alyx and it was incredible, I left very relaxed

Pretty disappointed with my visit. I decided to try a new lash lift spot closer to home, but the results didn’t last — my lashes lost their curl the same night and looked unchanged. I’ve had lifts before, so I know how they should turn out, and this just missed the mark. The staff were very nice and friendly, but sadly the service itself didn’t deliver.

I am not quite sure how I was so fortunate to end up at Water House for a massage, but it was well worth the trip. You know how you always look for the perfect pillow, today this was my perfect pillow. Normally, my go to is a deep tissue or sport massage but I met with Bella a Thai masseuse. The hot towels added a new dimension, it was truly relaxing and therapeutic. I had more mobility in my shoulders and the neck tension was eased as well. All the staff were friendly. The facility has easy access and plenty of parking on the side streets. Marc

I had a prenatal massage done by Nicole, and it was a complete game changer! Not only was she gentle and careful about my position and comfort on the massage table, but she asked me about how I was feeling and where I had tension. She then super focused on my areas of concern and the massage was so relaxing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for massage, and I loved having her for my prenatal! Also the whole staff at Water House was so friendly and attentive, the whole vibe there is wonderful and healing from the moment you walk in the door.
