He had an intuitive and expert sense at where I needed more work, and had the perfect amount of pressure--firm, doing something that felt like progress, but no pain. He is not only excellent at what he does, but also a genuinely kind person. At the beginning of the session, he listened carefully to my issues and concerns and created a personalized plan. He even provides a private closet for clients, so I don’t have to leave my belongings out in the open — making privacy feel well taken care of. The customer service standards are exceptionally high. I’ve been seeing Koray for a few months now and he is truly the best. I went to see him for shoulder pain. Before my session he sat down with me to discuss my concerns and brought out a few books to help us identify the exact muscles that could be causing the issue. He was attentive and thoughtful. And that was all before the best massage ever! I see him regularly now and the pain is much improved. Koray invests so much into his clients and his business.
