Bad experience! They stole over 12K from us. I had worked with them for a long period of time to develop a sunscreen spf 30. I worked with a person named Adam green. When it came time to pay for testing I paid them over 12K to conduct stability testing. I had another third party testing facility conduct spf testing. The spf testing came out 15spf, and not even close to the 30spf I had been requesting. This was upsetting since they charged me $4500 for 48oz of sample to make for testing, not to mention 2 R&D fees. The sample they made did not even pass broad spectrum, so it was completely unusable. They’re excuse for this? They said there was a AMA labs fraud which which was causing the labs to change their protocols to be more strict on testing. Then they proceeded to say “we made what wou
