What an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door. I am a new patient and didn’t know what to expect and I was so pleasantly happy. The staff was excellent and friendly and so helpful. The office is so warming and inviting. Then I was able to meet Maggie and she was so attentive to me and my health. Her bedside manner was amazing. I felt important and valued. She wasn’t rushed and really took the time needed to put a plan together a great personalized health plan for me. I am so excited that I found Nuvo Wellness.

When my concerns about my hormone levels were not being taken seriously by my doctor, I turned to Maggie at Novu Wellness for a second opinion. She not only took the test results that I had from my doctor, but also ordered additional tests to get a more complete picture of my personal situation. The treatment plan she prescribed has changed my life, and I am very grateful to her and her very competent staff for everything they have done for me. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy with the Primary Care I’ve been offered at Novu Wellness! I’ll admit to being a bit nervous going into a wellness center, but I’d also had several negative interactions with doctors before where I was treated like a file and not a person. So I was ready to try anything and was referred over. It’s been a complete 180 from my other health care experiences. I feel safe and cared for and like I’m a real woman with complex medical issues who needs support. I cannot recommend Monserrat more highly!

Maggie is incredible. She truly listens and never dismisses my concerns. When I told her my hormones felt off, she believed me and took action right away. She didn't write me off because of my age and truly listened to me. She never rushes appointments and genuinely cares for her patients. She even called me after hours on a Friday night to share results regarding something I was batteling and made sure I could start an antibiotic immediately. That level of care and compassion is so rare—I’m beyond so grateful for her!
