Warsaw Nail Inc.

I’ve never had anything bad to say about warsaw nails but today unfortunately I’m disappointed. I got my eyebrows done and a full set acrylic with gel polish. Well for starters the sweet lady that serviced me today was in a rush so maybe this is why I’m leaving like this… my eyebrows still look like they haven’t been touched and my nails…. Just look at the picture is all I have to say… I’m very disappointed I spent my money on this.

I have been going here since they opened. I use to love this place but the last 2 times I have went I have left mad. The 1st time I asked for a design that I was told they could do then when it came time to do it I was told no. I said it was fine and then asked for something else specifically and was not at all giving what I asked for by that time I was just done. Yesterday when I went with friend and my god daughter the man said it was fine to add a pedi for my god daughter long story short she asked to get her nails done as well and the girl agreed to. The guy yelled at the guy several times while she was doing my god daughter’s nails. After she was done with her nails he proceeded to go sit at the girls station and yell at her till she cried. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptab

Absolutely unprofessional. I called to make sure they took walk ins. He tells me yes, they are a little busy at the moment. I was told to come around 3. I said okay perfect thank you so much. I get there around 3 and he asks if I made an appointment, and I tell him no bc I was told by him on the phone they take walk ins. He says to me it'll be a long wait. I said okay thats fine. I sit there for about 5 min waiting and he looks at me with a disgusting look and starts raising his voice at me and cutting me off wont let me speak telling me he isnt going to be able to do my nails. So rude for NO reason. So I get up and my husband and children and I leave. I was going to spend $200 on my nails and eyebrows for my bday. Thats okay bc I will never come back here again, and I wouldn't recommend

Great experience! I had a lady do my nails for Christmas and I love them! I requested dip with extensions with a Santa hat design! They came out better than the picture I showed her!!! It was $67 for these and I will be coming back. :))

Was getting a fill on my acrylics and painting on my nails. The guy busted my cuticles badly with the Dremel tool. Please beware because this was not a new looking dremel tool; therefore my skin is now on the tool as well. The guy had to keep stopping and blotting the blood off my thumb and spraying stuff on it. Then charged full price for it. Never will go back.
