Sage & Lily Therapeutic Massage

Had my first professional massage Ever with Ashley and it was absolutely wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed by frequently checking in about the pressure she was using, as well as making sure I was covered and not too warm/cold. She paid extra attention to my shoulder (which I have problems with) and was even kind enough to share some stretches I can do at home to help keep it loose. I didn’t know what I was missing until I got a full-body massage and I will definitely be back soon!

Ashley is a great massage therapist. She is completely professional, her place is clean and welcoming. She has a great personality and is very attentive to what you are needing. She works very efficiently and proactively to loosen your muscles and release tension out of them. I would recommend you give her a chance and you won’t regret it. She has very flexible hours which is great.
