I always have such a great experience here. The front desk team is incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment you arrive. They do a coat check upfront, which I really appreciate, and they offer tea, coffee, or water right away — such a thoughtful touch. My hairstylist, Janina, does the best blowouts and always gives me the best haircuts — hands down. She is so kind-hearted, knowledgeable, and has amazing customer skills. She truly makes the entire experience worth it every single time. The salon has a lovely environment overall, and I genuinely love coming here. Highly recommend!

Mom has happily been getting services done at Warren Tricomi for years. First at his Plaza hotel location and now here on the Upper East Side. This saloon is beautiful, and the services plus the client relations have always been spot on. Picked up a gift card today for a special occasion and the experience was great as usual!

My color (simple gray coverage) has been completely screwed up 4.5 times out of 5. It has been so terrible that even my stylist suggested I look elsewhere and then thanked me when I decided to try another colorist rather than another salon. However, I am now done. The prices are pure extortion, and the experience lacking. It’s like being in a windowless Times Square- crowded, loud LED lit and every service is rushed. I had water sprayed across my face and down my neck while having my hair rinsed this week. Just under an 1.5hrs and 1k for highlights and minimal gray coverage of 100 hairs with NO blow dry to check the color properly? No thanks. Never again. I am done. Taking my hair, money and patience elsewhere. You should do the same.

I recently got my hair colored and cut here by Claudio, and by the time I left, I felt like a different person. Claudio is an absolute magician...I have very fine, thin hair, and he transformed it and made it look and feel vibrant. Not only is he extremely skilled as a stylist, but he's also a wonderful person who really tries to understand what his clients want/need. The whole experience was an absolute delight. Thank you to Claudio, my hero, and thank you to Warren Tricomi!

Another stellar review for my favorite hairstylist, Claudio Baldone. He truly has my best interest at heart when it comes to my hair’s health and style. He knows exactly what looks good with my texture and natural color and he’ll give me the perfect color too if I wanted to do that again! My hair looks good from day 1 and grows out beautifully until my next cut. I really don’t need to actually write anything because the photos speak for themselves!
