My boyfriend recently visited Blue Diamond Spa, and unfortunately, his experience was far from satisfactory. The staff rushed him through the session, making the massage uncomfortable and unprofessional. The therapist didn’t use any oil on his legs, which made the experience even more painful due to his leg hair. Additionally, the therapist’s long nails caused further discomfort throughout the massage. After the session, another staff member pressured him into a specific tip amount and then charged him double—once at the beginning and again at the end. This felt unfair and left us feeling taken advantage of. Overall, we were very disappointed and would not recommend this spa to anyone seeking a relaxing and professional experience.
