The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I had treatments done and the whole process was smooth and reassuring. They made sure I felt informed and taken care of every step of the way. You can really tell they care about their clients and creating a positive experience. Long awaited! And did not disappoint at all! I've been looking for a spa to help me maintain my skin especially having moved to the inland empire and Jade MD has quickly become essential. The Facility was gorgeous and immediately put me at ease. Every technician was so professional and greeted me promptly. It was so easy to relax and enjoy the services and facilities. We were looking for a new Botox place after our last place shut down and could not find a place with great reviews and prompt customer service. Luckily we came across Jade MD Aesthetics. They were able to do a next day appointment which was amazing and they are very reasonably priced. The location is beautiful and we were promptly greeted with some prosecco. The appointment was fast and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back!
