I have been coming to Wanderlust on and off for a few months now. I typically do like the end results of my manicure and pedicure. This time, however, made me view the salon and management differently. I showed the nail technician a photo of red chrome nails with the middle two nails having red French tips, which would be my Valentine’s Day nails. She told me she could do it. I even left the photo up on my phone for some time so that she can reference it, if needed. As I saw her painting the red French tips, I informed her that they were a different shade of red from the other nails. She showed me the two products (gel and powder) and that they are the same shade number. I proceeded to let her finish as I thought that the end results may be different. It was not. Helen did an amazing job on my manicure. She was very gentle and listened to my needs. I don’t like a lot of drilling because it makes my nails brittle and thin. She took her time to ensure she used the drill as little as possible. The salon was clean and fresh! Already booked my pedicure.

Been a loyal customer of Wanderlust Nail Boutique for almost 4 years now. My mom and I always get pedicures monthly. I am assured that the employees will do an efficient and thorough job. Although all the employees do wonderful jobs, we love and always request Ms. Vi! I am especially particular when it comes to acrylic nails; I can always trust this nail salon to give me very cute nails that last for a while. The longest I’ve had my nails was 5 weeks! I love this place and recommend it to anyone trying to find a great place to get their mani-pedi.

Update: 12/27/25: I am leaving another great review! I love my pedi!!❤️ I just had the best experience at Wanderlust Nail Boutique in Richmond TX (near Grad Parkway). Mani (plain) and pedi (American pedi) plus eyebrows. This place is always fresh, clean, plus they serve drinks. (I had a coke.) Techs are kind and efficient. Clean and sanitized supplies every customer. Love it!❤️💅 Total was $100 - decent tip included.

Unfortunately disappointed with our experience. My daughter and I both got pedicures and full sets. I asked for powder french tip but the lady did shellac. And apparently deep french tip which I didnt even know what that was but was charged an extra $10 for. Nails are super uneven paint wise, thickness, and length. Initially I was just frustrated with my nails but got home and noticed, toes were painted horribly and my daughters nails are spotty and acrylic is uneven. The man at the front offered to redo my nails but unfortunately we already spent 2 hours there and had somewhere to be and I work 6 12hr shifts starting tomorrow. But I was hoping Id be able to make time to have my fixed. When we got home I noticed all the other issues, Every service we received was poorly done. Wont come ag
