Wanda's Cosmetics is the best place to shop when you're at The Mini Mall. I find some of the greatest stuff for a good price. You can't haggle much, but I have noticed some leniency as I have become a regular customer.
I always buy my boyfriend Cool Water Perfume when I visit Wanda's. Coming into The Big Apple makes me feel right at home because I am originally from NYC and it's very Disney like the way it's setup. This place is great for deals and competitive pricing on several beauty products.
